His comparison is simple. Take every customer, sort the ones using usecure from the ones that aren't, and look at the ticket volume.

"If you compare, you put all of our customers in one big basket and then you pull out the ones using usecure, they don't have any tickets anymore," Kekonius says. Everyone else is still submitting tickets on phishing, policy management, and course completions. The usecure customers simply aren't.

It's a result that speaks for itself in a QBR, without needing a single slide.
