Improving Awareness, Compliance and Audit Preparedness
TechWyse needed to strengthen user education and simulated phishing across its organisation and customer base. Previous suppliers’ phishing templates and training were largely US-centric, making them feel irrelevant and often easy for UK users to spot. In some cases, this reduced trust in the programme and led to lower engagement.
Training content also struggled to capture attention, limiting participation in awareness initiatives.
