Holiday scam season: Get ahead of the rush
Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Christmas delivery rush create opportunities for convincing scams, from fake deliveries to fraudulent payment requests.
To help MSPs prepare their customers, we've put together a new white-label campaign pack.
- Client communications: A ready-to-send alert email covering six holiday scams, plus four social posts to share throughout the season.
- Sales conversations: A five-minute talk track with practical questions for customer check-ins and QBRs.
- December simulations: Five suggested uPhish simulation themes covering fake deliveries, order confirmations, gift-card requests, supplier bank changes and shared documents.
Everything is editable, so you can add your branding and adapt the resources for your customers.

New security awareness training
We've added three courses covering everyday security risks, from traveling with business devices to recognizing suspicious browser extensions.
- Travel Security with Business Devices: Covers preparing devices for travel, connecting securely and responding to lost or stolen equipment.
- Malicious Browser Extensions: Explains how risky browser extensions can expose information, compromise accounts and request suspicious permissions.
- Sharing Business Devices with Others: Explores unauthorized access risks, safer device-sharing habits and how to report suspected access.
These courses give learners practical guidance for protecting business information in common workplace situations.
Updated courses and new translations
We've also refreshed existing content and expanded language availability across several security awareness topics.
- New animation: Liam's Cloud Security now has a new animated video, available in all supported languages.
- Course improvements: Refreshed visuals across Safe Use of AI Tools and AI Threats, plus new Auto Enrol questions for Online Payments, Removable Media and Social Engineering.
