June’s updates give partners more to take to clients, and more to stand behind.
This month, usecure achieved SOC 2 attestation, adding another major trust milestone alongside ISO/IEC 27001 certification. We also launched new threat-led training, expanded localisation support, and shared a practical webinar on turning dark web exposure into recurring revenue.
Here’s what’s new.
usecure Achieves SOC 2 Attestation
usecure has achieved SOC 2 attestation, adding a second major trust milestone alongside our ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
Whether partners are responding to security questionnaires, navigating procurement reviews, or onboarding customers with strict vendor requirements, SOC 2 gives them another internationally recognised standard to stand behind.
Together, SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001 create a stronger trust story for partners, especially in a market where many platforms do not hold both.
MSP Spotlight: The Culture You Ignore Will Build Itself
MSP growth is not just a technical challenge. It is a people challenge.
A strong engineer gets promoted into management because they are the obvious choice. But without the right support, the role can quickly start to break them.
In this episode of It’s Always The Human, James Steel is joined by Damien Harrison, Operations & Marketing Director at Bondgate IT, and Lorna Burman from usecure to explore what it really takes to build a deliberate MSP culture.
The conversation covers why culture does not build itself, how bad habits form when leadership is left to chance, and why MSPs need stronger structures around hiring, management, psychological safety, and team health.
Damien also shares how Bondgate IT moved from an unintentional, individual-led culture to something more deliberate and sustainable, including lessons from team health checks, management development, and more honest internal conversations.
New Training Content: ClickFix Scams and Screen Sharing Security
Threats are changing quickly, and partners need timely content that helps customers understand the risks users are facing now.
This month, we launched two new courses focused on everyday user risk: ClickFix scams and screen sharing security.
ClickFix Scams
ClickFix scams trick users into running malicious commands by disguising them as routine fixes.
Instead of relying on traditional malicious attachments, these attacks manipulate users into taking the action themselves. The new course helps users understand how ClickFix scams work, how they can lead to malware installation, and what warning signs to look out for.
Screen Sharing Security
Screen sharing has become second nature in modern work. But when users share too much, forget what is visible, or expose sensitive information during meetings, it can quickly become a security risk.
The new course helps users understand the risks of insecure screen sharing and the practical steps they can take to protect sensitive information during online meetings, especially in hybrid teams or roles handling client, financial, or internal data.

More Localised and Multilingual Training
We have also expanded localisation and translation support to help partners deliver more relevant training across different customer environments.
Australian End of Financial Year Scams
We have released an Australian localisation of the tax scams course, available under English (Australia) as End of Financial Year Scams.
The course helps users understand why the end of the financial year is such a common target for scams, why payroll, HR, and finance teams are especially at risk, and what practical steps they can take to protect themselves and their organisation.
Expanded Spanish Localisation
Auto-Enrol now supports both European Spanish and Latin American Spanish, giving partners more accurate training options for Spanish-speaking users across different regions.
New Course Translations
Several courses are now available in additional languages:
- Safe Use of AI Tools: ChatGPT in Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Swedish, and Indonesian
- Business Email Compromise in Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Spanish, and Swedish
- Bank Advisor Scams in Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Spanish, and Swedish
Awareness Spotlight: Rob’s Malware MELTDOWN
This month’s new ClickFix course gives partners a useful opportunity to talk to customers about malware risk. For a lighter awareness asset, partners can also use the latest Cyberto animated short: Rob’s Malware MELTDOWN.
In the video, Rob comes across an ad that looks almost too good to be true. The animation shows how easy it can be for users to fall for tempting prompts, suspicious downloads, and unsafe online actions.
Enablement Spotlight: Turn Dark Web Exposure Into Recurring Revenue
Dark web monitoring gives MSPs more than another security add-on. It creates a practical way to uncover client risk, start stronger conversations, and build recurring revenue around breach exposure.
In our latest uBreach Pro webinar, Kevin Lancaster and Nihil Morjaria break down how breached credentials are still being used in real-world attacks, and how MSPs can turn dark web exposure into a repeatable revenue motion.
The session covers:
- How breached credentials are traded and weaponised
- Why credential exposure still matters and how to turn it into client conversations
- How to build recurring revenue around dark web monitoring
- How to operationalise breach monitoring with uBreach Pro
Platform Improvements
This month’s platform updates focus on clearer user risk visibility, faster reporting, and smoother partner workflows.
New Access Controls
We have started rolling out Access Controls, a more secure and auditable workflow for internal access to customer tenants.
This update helps strengthen customer control, transparency, and compliance alignment by introducing a clearer process around when and how internal access is granted.
For partners and customers, this supports the wider trust and governance story behind June’s updates, alongside SOC 2 attestation and ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
Broader User Risk Visibility
MSPs can now monitor disabled user profiles and include them in scoring and health checks.
This gives partners a more complete view of user and identity risk across customer environments, including dormant or disabled accounts that may still form part of the wider risk picture.
Faster Risk Reporting
We have improved risk report page loading to reduce timeout issues and help partners access customer insights more quickly.
This supports smoother reporting workflows, especially for MSPs managing multiple customer environments or using risk reports as part of client review conversations.
Cleaner Performance Reports
Performance Report generation has been improved to remove unwanted blank pages and ensure graphs display more consistently.
This helps partners produce cleaner, more reliable reports for internal use and client-facing conversations.
Smoother PSA and Platform Management
We have made improvements to support more reliable event flow between usecure and connected PSA tools, including ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, and NinjaOne.
We have also improved integration and platform management, including cleaner data handling when integrations are disconnected and fixes to support smoother company management, content workflows, and platform settings.
Also This Month: usecure Labs
usecure Labs gives selected customers early access to upcoming product experiments, so they can explore new capabilities, share feedback, and help shape future platform development.
For MSPs, Labs creates a way to get earlier visibility into what usecure is building and provide feedback based on the needs of their clients.
We’ll be sharing more about usecure Labs separately, with further updates coming in a future roundup.
June Wrapped
June gives partners stronger trust credentials, timely client conversation starters, and a clearer path from dark web exposure to recurring revenue.
With SOC 2, new threat-led training, dark web revenue enablement, and broader user risk visibility, partners have more ways to lead confident, commercial, and risk-led conversations with their customers.
