Product and Content Updates May 2026: ISO 27001, Partner Hub, PSA Integrations and More

May has been a major month for momentum across usecure.

From achieving ISO/IEC 27001 certification to launching new compliance training, expanding partner enablement, previewing PSA Integrations, and rolling out platform improvements, this month’s updates are focused on one clear goal: helping partners and customers reduce human risk with more confidence, visibility, and efficiency.

usecure achieves ISO/IEC 27001 certification

Trust is central to effective security.

That is why we are proud to share that usecure has achieved ISO/IEC 27001 certification, reinforcing our commitment to strong security governance, customer trust, and measurable risk reduction.

ISO/IEC 27001 is an internationally recognised standard for information security management. For usecure, achieving certification means our information security management system has been independently assessed against a recognised framework for managing information security risk.

For customers and partners, this provides added confidence that usecure takes data protection, governance, and operational security seriously.

It also reinforces the same principles behind Human Risk Intelligence: visibility, accountability, evidence, governance, and continuous improvement.

As security and compliance expectations continue to rise across every part of the supply chain, this milestone strengthens the trust foundation behind the usecure platform.

MSP spotlight: 11 Years To £1M. Then 3 Years To £1M. What Changed?

Joe Burns spent eleven years building his first MSP to £1M in turnover.

When he started again with Reformed IT, he reached the same milestone in just three years.

The difference was strategy: focusing on the end goal, aligning the numbers, and building a model designed to scale.

In our latest conversation with Joe, he shares how he moved away from underpricing, bolt-ons and low-value clients, and how other MSPs can apply the same approach to improve margins, attract better customers, and build a more scalable business.

For MSPs looking to grow recurring revenue and have stronger commercial conversations, Joe’s story is packed with practical lessons.

New course: ISO 27001 Awareness

This month, we launched a new ISO 27001: Awareness course.

The course is designed for employees at organisations preparing for or going through ISO 27001 certification. It gives users a clear introduction to what ISO 27001 is, what an audit could involve, and the everyday behaviours that support stronger information security and compliance.

This makes it easier for organisations to build employee understanding around ISO 27001, support audit readiness, and reinforce best practices across the workforce.

For partners, it also creates a timely opportunity to support customers who are strengthening their compliance posture or preparing for certification.

New ransomware animation

The animation team has created a new animation for the Ransomware course: Josie’s Ruthless Ransomware.

All previous Doodly videos in the Ransomware course have now been replaced with the new animation, giving users a fresher, more engaging learning experience.

Ransomware remains one of the most disruptive threats facing organisations, and keeping this content clear, current, and engaging helps users better understand how attacks happen and what they can do to reduce risk.

New questions added to auto-enrol courses

We have also updated the following auto-enrol courses with new questions across all languages:

  • Mobile Device Security
  • Home Network Security
  • Email Thread Hijacking

These updates help keep training content fresh and improve knowledge checks across important everyday security topics.

Partner Enablement Hub now live

Everything partners need to sell, onboard, and grow is now in one place.

The Partner Enablement Hub gives MSP partners one central place to access the resources they need to support sales, onboarding, marketing, and customer growth.

Inside the Hub, partners can find:

  • Sales collateral
  • Campaign kits
  • Email templates
  • Social assets
  • Demo materials
  • Training resources
  • White-labelled resources
  • Distributor support materials

The Hub is built to help partners find the right assets faster, sell with more confidence, and take action with practical, ready-to-use materials.

New episode: The usecure Show

Episode 4 of The usecure Show is now live, focusing on callback phishing and how MSPs can turn one timely threat into a full client-facing campaign.

Callback phishing is a growing threat where attackers use emails, phone calls, and social engineering to manipulate users into taking action. It is highly relevant for client conversations because it shows how quickly phishing tactics are evolving beyond traditional email links and attachments.

In this episode, we cover:

  • A phishing challenge to test whether you can spot the phish
  • How to turn one security threat into multiple client touchpoints
  • How MSPs can use callback phishing as a campaign theme
  • How Dark Web Monitoring helps surface exposed employee credentials
  • Recent platform updates, including the MSP dashboard and new policy templates

The episode is designed to help MSPs turn awareness into action, using one timely threat to create client alerts, LinkedIn posts, sales conversations, and campaign activity.

Product updates and platform improvements

This month’s platform updates focus on stronger governance, clearer reporting, better PSA visibility, and smoother platform management.

PSA Integrations preview

PSA Integrations are now available in preview for:

  • ConnectWise
  • Autotask
  • HaloPSA
  • NinjaOne

MSPs already rely on PSA tools to manage service delivery. PSA Integrations make it easier to bring key human risk events from usecure into that same environment, helping teams centralise visibility, improve response times, and keep security activity connected to the tools they already use.

With this initial release, failed phishing simulation events can be pushed directly into supported PSA platforms as tickets or notifications.

This helps service desk teams identify phishing failures without needing to switch platforms, reducing reliance on manual checks and keeping human risk activity aligned with existing workflows.

More capabilities are coming soon.

New MSP dashboard experience

A new MSP dashboard experience is now available for partners managing multiple customers.

This gives MSPs a clearer view across their customer base, making it easier to monitor activity, identify priorities, and manage customer environments from one place.

For partners supporting several clients, this update helps reduce friction and improves visibility across day-to-day operations.

Smoother platform workflows

We have also rolled out several improvements designed to reduce friction and improve the day-to-day platform experience.

These include:

  • A fix for policies not signing correctly on mobile devices
  • Improved labels in the gap analysis completion chart
  • Improved performance when deleting uPhish simulations
  • Course completion certificates now using Inter font, improving support for special characters
  • Risk Score History charts and tables no longer showing disabled products
  • Duplicate Course and Duplicate Policy Template updates to remove previous admin blockers
  • Updated uService account creation requirements to help ensure new accounts remain accessible after creation

Each of these changes supports a smoother, more reliable experience for admins, partners, and customers.

That’s a wrap for May

May has been a strong month for progress across usecure.

With ISO/IEC 27001 certification achieved, the Partner Enablement Hub now live, new ISO 27001 training available, PSA Integrations in preview, and important platform improvements rolling out, partners and customers have more ways to strengthen security conversations, improve visibility, and reduce human cyber risk.

See you next month with more updates.
