KEY TAKEAWAYS
- Find training faster: Search 250+ courses and filter by topic, level, language, or country.
- Enroll learners with less admin: Assign courses to individuals, groups, or users across multiple customers in fewer steps.
- Discover and manage courses more easily: Explore new training, manage custom courses, and access Auto Enrol in one organized library.
250+ courses. Faster search. Easier enrollment. We've redesigned the uLearn Course Library to help you discover relevant training and get learners enrolled in fewer steps.
With courses covering cybersecurity, compliance, AI, and workplace skills, there's plenty to explore in uLearn. But finding the right training shouldn't mean scrolling through endless lists or digging through categories.
Here's what's changed.
1. Find courses faster with search and filters
Need AI awareness training for your team? A compliance refresher for a particular country? Or something more advanced for experienced employees?
The redesigned Course Library helps you narrow things down quickly.
- Instant search: Find courses by title, topic, or keyword. Press ⌘K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows to jump straight to search.
- Clearer categories: Browse organized categories and subcategories, from Information Security to AI Enablement and Compliance.
- More precise filters: Combine Category, Level, Languages, and Country to find training that fits your requirements.
- Flexible browsing: Switch between grid and table views, sort your results, and explore related courses.
For example, looking for Practitioner-level compliance training in Spanish? Apply those filters together to see what's available.
Less time navigating the catalog. More time finding training your people actually need.
2. Discover more of what's available in uLearn
Your training program shouldn't stop at the same handful of courses.
The new Catalogue tab puts more of uLearn's content front and center, with featured courses, new releases, and recently updated training highlighted as soon as you arrive.
That makes it easier to discover subjects you might otherwise miss, from emerging AI risks and insider threats to health and safety and specialist workplace training.
We've also introduced clearer course levels across the catalog:
- Foundational: Build essential knowledge and understanding.
- Practitioner: Develop more practical, applied knowledge.
- Expert: Explore advanced and specialist subjects.
These levels make it easier to match training to employees' existing knowledge and plan how their learning develops over time.
And before you enroll anyone, you can open a course to review its description, available languages, level, and related content.

3. Get people enrolled with less admin
Discovering relevant training is only half the job. Getting it to the right people should be just as straightforward.
We've improved the enrollment experience to make assigning training faster, especially when you're managing larger teams or multiple customers.
- Enroll outstanding users in one action: See how many users are already enrolled, how many aren't, and enroll those who haven't yet been enrolled in the course.
- Assign training by group: Select existing user groups instead of choosing learners individually.
- Upload a list: Enroll users through CSV upload or by entering email addresses. Improved validation identifies users who can't be enrolled while still processing valid users.
- Manage enrollment across customers: MSPs can enroll eligible learners across multiple customers in one action, or choose specific customers to receive training.
Whether you're rolling out a new AI course to one department or delivering training across multiple customers, there are fewer repetitive steps between choosing a course and getting learners started.
4. Keep everything organized in one place
We've also made it easier to distinguish between usecure training, your organization's own content, and automated programs.
The Course Library now has three dedicated tabs:
- Catalogue: Explore usecure's full course catalog, including featured, new, and updated content.
- My Courses: Create and manage your own courses, edit duplicated platform courses, and access courses shared by your MSP or distributor.
- Gap Analysis and Auto Enrol: Access the Gap Analysis questionnaire and the courses included in your Auto Enrol program.
Custom content now has its own space, making it easier to manage courses created specifically for your organization.
For MSPs and distributors, custom course access controls also make it possible to share your own training with selected customers.

5. Export the catalog when you need it
Planning a training program? Building a training matrix? Reviewing course availability for a customer?
You can now export the full course catalog to CSV in one click.
It's a simple way to review available content, compare training options, and plan what to deliver next, without manually copying course information.
Better training starts with the right content
The new Course Library is more than a visual refresh. It's designed to make uLearn's 250+ courses easier to discover, navigate, and use.
For IT teams, that means less time searching and assigning courses. For MSPs, it means an easier way to discover and deliver relevant training across customers.
And for learners, it means getting training that's better matched to what they need to know.
