KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • uHealth is now live, helping teams see which users carry the most risk, why, and what to fix first.
  • New training expands compliance and threat coverage, with new programmes, courses and language support.
  • Platform improvements make everyday management easier, including Excel exports for uService usage data and smarter phishing controls.

August is about turning human risk insight into clearer action.

This month, uHealth is officially live, giving MSPs and IT teams a clearer way to identify which users carry the most risk, understand why and know what to fix first.

We’ve also added new compliance, onboarding and threat-focused training, expanded language coverage, introduced new partner resources and rolled out platform improvements to make reporting and campaign management easier.

uHealth is live: turn risk into stronger client conversations

Your customers’ most important human risk signals already exist. They’re just scattered across your MSP tech stack.

uHealth brings those signals together to show which users carry the most risk, why, and what to fix first.

It connects risk across Target Value, Awareness, Hygiene and Access, helping teams identify where weaknesses overlap and which users and actions need attention first.

For MSPs, that creates a stronger basis for client conversations, remediation planning and demonstrating ongoing service value.

New training: more relevant content for every customer

More compliance, onboarding and threat-focused content has been added to the Course Library this month.

More compliance coverage

New regional compliance content includes:

  • PIPEDA Program, available in English (Canada) and French (Canada)
  • Law 25 Program, available in English (Canada) and French (Canada)
  • Loi Sapin II, available in English and French
  • nFADP, available in English (Switzerland), French (Switzerland) and German (Switzerland). The French and German versions are titled nLPD and nDSG respectively.

Two new onboarding programmes have also been added:

Onboarding Foundations

  • Health, Safety and Wellbeing
  • Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Conduct, Respect and Speaking Up
  • Data Protection and Privacy Basics

Workplace Health and Safety Onboarding

  • Fundamentals
  • Manual Handling
  • Desk Ergonomics
  • Fire Awareness

These additions give organisations more options for building training around regional requirements and the responsibilities employees face at work.

New threat training

Is Rob an Insider Threat?

A new animated course explores both malicious and accidental insider threats, including inappropriate information sharing, excessive access, social media exposure and suspicious employee activity.

Callback Phishing

Callback phishing reverses the usual phishing flow by encouraging the victim to call an attacker-controlled number themselves.

The new course explains how these scams work, the warning signs users should recognise and how to independently verify unexpected requests before taking action.

More training, in more languages

All Gap Analysis and Auto-Enrol courses are now available in Basque and Catalan.

Additional translations released this month include:

  • Search Engine Phishing in Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Spanish and Swedish
  • Email Thread Hijacking in Chinese as a text-based version
  • Effective Communication in Cybersecurity in Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Spanish and Swedish
  • Finance Scams in Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Spanish and Swedish
  • Additional AI threat training in Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Spanish and Swedish

We’ve also refreshed Deepfakes, Physical Security and Using Social Media Safely with new Auto-Enrol questions across supported languages.

Platform improvements

Export usage data to Excel

Partners can now download uService Usage Data in Excel format, making it easier to filter, analyse and report on usage outside the platform.

When viewing a billing period, select Download and choose Excel or PDF.

The Excel file includes summary and detailed usage information organised into separate sheets and is available to partners with access to the Usage Data page, including MSP and distributor admins.

No additional setup is required.

Smarter phishing bulk actions

Bulk actions in phishing simulation recipient lists now respect the filters applied to the table.

This means admins can filter a recipient list and use select-all or bulk actions without unintentionally applying the change to recipients outside that filtered view.

More reliable Domain Scan reports

Domain Scan reports now handle larger breach datasets more reliably.

Reports can display up to 200 exposed-information entries and 50 breached services, with a clear notice when further results have been omitted.

The MSP opportunity in Human Risk Intelligence

Human Risk Intelligence gives MSPs an opportunity to move client conversations beyond activity and towards clearer questions about exposure, priority and action.

See how HRI can support stronger client conversations, demonstrate service value and create new growth opportunities.

When small risks become a big problem

A phishing failure, exposed credential or privileged account may not tell the full story on its own.

The real risk can appear when those weaknesses overlap around the same identity.

Explore how Human Risk Intelligence connects those signals to reveal Toxic Combinations and help teams identify what needs attention first.
