November brings improvements to phishing simulations, PSA workflows and everyday platform administration.

From choosing the right landing page to reviewing breach details and managing customer accounts, here's what's changed across usecure.

uPhish: Smarter simulations, clearer reporting

Choosing and managing phishing simulations is now easier, with more visibility into what's being sent and to whom.

• Matching landing pages: Selecting a phishing email template now recommends a matching landing page, making campaign setup easier.
• Improved previews and testing: Review and test-send email and landing page combinations, with more filtering options to compare template performance.
• Clearer reporting: Auto Phish reports and exports now show which email template and landing page were assigned to each recipient.

We've also improved simulation management. You can now view and copy active phishing simulation domains from Settings to help maintain network allow-lists.

Editing or cloning a simulation also uses the latest recipient list, preventing previously removed users from being added back.

uHealth and PSA workflows: Better task visibility

MSPs now have more visibility into uHealth tasks and breach detection activity within their existing PSA workflows.

• uHealth task delivery: See when uHealth tasks have been delivered to your connected PSA tool.
• Breach detection tickets: uBreach now raises PSA tickets following Kaduu domain scans, helping MSPs manage detected credential exposures.
• Automatic breach alerts: Newly detected breaches trigger alerts once scans have finished updating affected learner records.

These improvements help MSPs keep track of human risk tasks and breach information alongside their existing service workflows.

uBreach: More detailed breach information

We've made several improvements to help administrators understand and review breach information more easily.

• Clearer breach history: See which types of information were exposed in each breach within a learner's breach history.
• More accurate reporting: Active-learner resolution totals now exclude inactive users.
• Improved historical data: Rebuilding breach reports now refreshes existing historical information more reliably.

uLearn and uPolicy: Easier everyday administration

Training and policy management continue to get simpler, with improvements to discovery, previews and group assignments.

• Course discovery: The redesigned uLearn Course Library makes it easier to find, preview and enroll users in relevant training.
• Better learning experience: Dedicated course preview buttons, improved video loading and more consistent regional course catalogs.
• Group policy assignments: Administrators can now send policies directly to groups from the Groups page.

Platform experience: Easier navigation and access

We've improved how users move around the platform, find support and manage account settings.

• Smarter navigation: The original app.usecure.io address now redirects users to their most recently used region, while older V2 pages adopt the newer side navigation.
• Help and notifications: A new Notification Centre highlights important platform activity, with Help Centre access and a direct Enablement Hub link for MSPs and distributors.
• More account control: Configure platform email sending hours, use refreshed login and account recovery screens, and benefit from additional sign-in checks for sensitive account changes.

Reporting and administration: More flexibility

A few additional improvements make reporting and account management more straightforward.

• Flexible report scheduling: Choose reporting frequencies ranging from weekly to annually, with matching filters in the reports table.
• MSP customer feedback: MSPs are now prompted to provide feedback when a customer tenant is emptied.
• Reliability improvements: Fixes to course links, account navigation and external service authorization help reduce unnecessary interruptions.
