KEY TAKEAWAYS

uHealth: Microsoft Secure Scores now appear in uHealth, and uHealth tasks create tickets in your PSA tool.
‍uBreach and Users & Groups: Both are rebuilt on the Signal design system, with bulk actions, shareable views, and user restore.
uLearn, reporting, and uService: Customizable course emails, Gap Analysis in Scheduled Reports, and a more detailed Customers list for MSPs.

What’s new in usecure: October 2026 product updates

This month brings Microsoft 365 security insights into uHealth, a refreshed look for uBreach and Users & Groups, and more personalized training emails.

Here’s what’s new, product by product.

uHealth: More visibility into human risk

Microsoft Secure Score in uHealth

Microsoft Secure Score is now available directly on the uHealth dashboard, bringing Microsoft 365 security posture insights alongside your wider Human Risk Intelligence.

The new dashboard card includes:

  • Score trends: Your current Secure Score, recent history and seven-day trend.
  • Benchmarks: Compare your score against organizations of a similar size.
  • Security breakdown: See points achieved and available across Microsoft’s security categories.
  • Prioritized actions: See how many actions are outstanding, plus Microsoft’s five highest-ranked recommendations with their points and potential impact on Secure Score.

Secure Score measures Microsoft 365 security configuration against recommended practices. uHealth brings this information alongside its four pillars of Human Risk Intelligence: Target Value, Awareness, Hygiene and Access.

Microsoft Secure Score appears automatically for Microsoft 365 tenants with Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2. It is not available for Google Workspace.

Coming soon: Microsoft Entra at-risk users in uHealth

Identify potentially compromised accounts more easily. Soon, uHealth will bring Microsoft Entra ID Protection risk levels and recent detections into each user's Hygiene pillar, providing greater context around identity risk.

This feature is currently in development and is not yet available.

Raise PSA tickets from uHealth tasks

uHealth tasks can now be sent to your connected PSA tool, helping your team manage remediation work alongside existing service tickets.

uBreach: A refreshed experience

A new look for uBreach

uBreach has been refreshed using usecure’s Signal design system, bringing it in line with uHealth and uService.

The updated interface provides a cleaner, more consistent experience for navigating breach monitoring information.

uLearn: More personalized training communications

Customize course invitation and reminder emails

You can now personalize the introductory text in course invitations and reminder emails.

Add your own plain-text messaging and use dynamic fields for the learner’s first name, company and course. The course name always appears in bold.

Customizations are set per language, so your changes apply to the language you have selected.

Rich text, links and images aren’t supported. Web addresses may display as links, depending on the recipient’s email client.

Users & Groups: Easier user management

We’ve rebuilt Users & Groups using the Signal design system, introducing a more flexible experience for everyday administration.

Improvements include:

  • Faster user management: Customizable columns, shareable filtered views and bulk actions.
  • Simpler group management: A dedicated Groups page with managers and synchronization indicators.
  • User restoration: A separate Deleted Users page with restore functionality.
  • Richer user profiles: View group membership, synchronization sources, uLearn activity, scores and certificates.

These improvements make it easier to manage users and access their training information.

For MSPs

Customer list improvements

The Customers list in uService now shows more at a glance:

  • Product icons: See which products are enabled in each customer tenant.
  • Activity counts: View all-time uPhish compromises, outstanding uLearn courses and uBreach breaches found.
  • Clearer uBreach icons: A partial shield represents uBreach and a full shield represents uBreach Pro.
  • Combined uHealth column: Status and trend are now shown together.
  • Sorting: Sort by status, health and user count.
  • Actions always in view: The actions column stays anchored to the right as you scroll.

When you’re working in your NFR tenant, the navigation now shows (NFR) so it’s clear where you are.

We’ve also made a number of smaller improvements to reliability and usability across reporting, uBreach and the Public API.
