KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • uHealth improvements make it easier to identify priority users, manage risk and recover from connector issues.
  • More admin control across Auto Enrol, phishing domains, SSO, white-labeling and user management reduces platform friction.
  • New and updated training covers callback phishing, AI in Code, ClickFix scams, compliance topics and fresh Auto Enrol questions.

September's updates make it easier to see human risk, manage it at scale and keep security awareness relevant. Here's what's new and why it matters.

Enhanced uHealth visibility

uHealth is getting easier to use when you need to understand where human risk is building and what deserves attention first.

New and improved search, filtering and risk information make it faster to find priority users, while clearer connector recovery helps admins resolve data issues and keep risk signals current.

For organizations: Get a clearer view of which users need attention and why, without digging through disconnected security data.

For MSPs: Review risk more efficiently across customers, prioritize where your team should focus and bring clearer insight into client conversations.

More control over Auto Enrol

Admins can now exclude individual users or entire groups from automatic course and Gap Analysis enrollment.

This gives teams more flexibility over who enters automated training programs while reducing manual administration.

For organizations: Keep automated training relevant to the right people.

For MSPs: Apply enrollment controls more efficiently across the customers you manage.

Faster phishing management

Admins can now manage multiple phishing domains at once, including editing registrars, retiring domains and reactivating them.

Auto Phish can also use another available domain when preferred domains are unavailable.

For organizations and MSPs: Less campaign administration and fewer interruptions to ongoing phishing simulations.

A smoother experience for admins and learners

This month also brings:

  • End User Portal SSO
  • Improved white-labeling and localization
  • Clearer breach reporting
  • Better uHealth connector recovery
  • More responsive uHealth user management
  • Improved 2FA setup and recovery-key naming

The common thread is less friction for admins and a more consistent experience for users.

New training for emerging threats

Callback Phishing

A new course covering attacks that persuade the target to call an attacker-controlled number rather than click a malicious link.

Learners will understand how callback phishing works, what warning signs to look for and how to independently verify unexpected requests. Available in English.

AI in Code

AI in Code has been refreshed to reflect developments in AI technology and is now available in Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Spanish and Swedish.

Also new

  • Josie's Payment Predicament
  • ClickFix Scams in six additional languages
  • New Auto Enrol questions for Security at Home, Smishing and Videoconferencing Security

Explore the full course library.

More compliance coverage

PIPEDA, Law 25, Loi Sapin II and Swiss nFADP training is now available, alongside Onboarding Foundations and Workplace Health and Safety.

This gives organizations more ways to keep training relevant to their workforce, while giving MSPs broader coverage to support different customer requirements.

Human risk visibility keeps evolving

Awareness training, phishing simulations, policies and breach monitoring each provide useful signals. The bigger opportunity is understanding how those signals combine, where risk is building and what action should come next.

That's the role of Human Risk Intelligence, and uHealth continues to bring that visibility into the usecure platform.
