How one MSP took training completion from 10% to 90% with uHealth

KEY TAKEAWAYS
If you walk into a client review with four separate reports, you'll have to have four separate conversations. And no one has time for that.
But if you walk in with one named user, then the conversation changes completely.
That's what happened at Rio IT in Colchester, where phishing training completion went from 10% to over 90% once uHealth was in place.
From Scattered Data to Clarity About Risky Users
Conor Murphy runs engineering delivery at Rio IT and was one of the first MSPs enrolled into the uHealth beta programme.
According to Conor, it all trails back to a customer review meeting that didn't go the way he wanted.
Their old approach was to go tool by tool: open uLearn, show the client how their users are doing, move on. Now he pulls several data sources together and shows the client the one person who needs attention.
"This user is showing 10% on uLearn. They've been compromised three times in uPhish. They don't have MFA enabled, and they're a privileged account," Murphy says. "You have a risky user. You need to do something about this now."
That's a named user, a clear risk and an obvious next step. And since the uHealth dashboard has been in place, Rio IT has seen phishing training completion climb from 10% to 90% and above.
Not Just Surfacing Risk
Kris Zentek, usecure's Chief Product Officer, closes out the uHealth roadmap series with a look at what's coming next.
The first step is a richer picture of risk. usecure has recently expanded its Microsoft integration to bring in identity protection and Defender Secure Score data, alongside new PSA integrations, with more identity and security data to follow.
The bigger story is what that context makes possible. "uHealth isn't just an app that surfaces risk; it's an engine for risk reduction," Zentek says. The plan is hyper-targeted phishing simulations that test each user on their role, their position in the organisation, the applications they actually use and the techniques real attackers are using today.
Longer term, Zentek says the same intelligence will open the door to new products that address risk created not just by people, but by the increasingly autonomous technologies working alongside them.
Four Reports for Your Next Client Meeting
Lok Yu Ling, a cybersecurity researcher at usecure, picks this month's recommended reading.
Her starting point is a question MSPs hear more and more: Which of our employees poses the biggest risk of a breach?
"The answer usually already exists, but it's just spread across separate tools," she says.
Her top pick, the 2026 Human Risk Intelligence Report, shows how to bring those pieces together into one clear view of a client's human attack surface. Alongside it:
- The Human Risk and Compliance Outlook report
- The Cybersecurity Governance report
- The Cyber Hygiene report
Share them with your clients, and you've got a solid starting point for your next meeting. You’ll find all four in the Reports and Guides section of the usecure website.
Pax8 Beyond: What MSPs Were Really Talking About
James Steel is fresh back from Pax8 Beyond in Copenhagen, where he spent the event filming with the usecure team and talking to MSPs.
The conversations covered a lot of ground: growing pains as teams scale from 80 to 120 people, the challenge of training staff, and automating a process once it's proven to work. One MSP pointed out that only 16% of UK SMEs know about Cyber Essentials.
The message that came up again and again was a simple one: "You still need to get your basics right."
Cyberto's Loot: This Month's Prize
The DJI Neo 2 Fly More Combo is still up for grabs. It takes off from your palm, flies around filming 4K video and comes back to your hand. Bill just one usecure seat and you're in the draw. All you need to do is enter here.
